"So, there I was on a Friday afternoon sitting on the couch with my wife watching a movie, when unexpectedly, the doorbell rings. I'm wondering who could be at my door that early in the afternoon, and if it was a salesman, I wasn't going to answer. After a quick peek through the peep hole, I see someone standing there who looked like one of my friends. I open the door and see Glen standing there. I'm like, "Glen, what are you doing here!?" He replies with a "Bringing you your Streetfighter." Totally astounded I asked where he went to pick one up from cause I was under the impression that it was going to be another 2 or 3 weeks before delivery. He then tells me, I don't know, ask her... I turn around to see my wife there smiling with the camera shooting video, she says "Happy Anniversary!" I was totally dumbfounded, and I don't think that I was able to put together a coherant sentence... My wife had purchased the bike earlier in the month and was keeping it a secret from me. Along with the entire family there at LR BMW/Ducati. They were all in on it! The family here at LR BMW/Ducati/Triumph is amazing! Best dealership that I have ever had the PLEASURE of dealing with. Small, quaint, and you feel right at home when you walk in the door. A+ family! You guys are simply great!!! I can't say enough how pleased I am. Ya'll are sneaky sneaky though! "As a motorcycle enthusiasts I can only say this about BMW of Little Rock and my shopping experience I recently had with them A++++++++. Other dealers around the country should all come in sit down and watch and learn how customer service is done oh and maybe even buy the book. I have owned 16 motorcycles since 1979 of all makes and models from dirt to sport to touring and in those years I have dealt with every Japanese manufacturer and dealer here in central Arkansas and none of them could come close to you guys in any segment of the sale or service. When I retire from the military next year the first place I am going to look for a new career is at BMW of Little Rock because they run the type of organization I would be very proud to be a member of. My next bike will be a Triumph and then in a few years I will buy a BMW from these fine people. Kudos Kudos Kudos. Keep up the good work guys and gals. "

"I came in for service today on my 08 R1200RT. I had the bike on the trailer and it was raining very heavy. The minute I drove up the excellent service started. The service dept unloaded my bike, they immidiately started to work on it, while I was stacking up on goodies in the parts dept. I felt very comftable there (like family)When my Bike was finished they loaded it back on the trailer. I must honestly say Service like this is now-a-days rare. Thank you very much. "

"I purchased a new 2008 R1200RT in March 08. This Bike took the place of a 06 Yamaha Road-star.Its like stepping out of a NY Taxi into a world of luxery and comfort,not to mention power and cornering ability. Believe me I know, I have been riding for at least 55 years. The sales staff treaded me as if I was their only customer.The service department spend ample time with me explaining the ins and out of this bike.They bend backwards taking care of the financing and all of my other needs that go along with the purchase of a new vehicle.I am very pleased with the performance of th R1200RT and the entire staff at Little Rock BMW.
